Poorest Customer Service I have experienced in 30 Years

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company and all went well in the beginning. My shoes started out with a clicking noise when I walked. I sent an email because their website support did not work. I never received a reply. A couple of weeks later, I noticed the the leather had split away from the side of shoe where the eyelet leather is sewn in. Another attempt to file a case with their support and no answer. After a week, I called and finally go through to a representative who issued an RMA and a request for a refund. I sent shoes back according to instructions. After a month, I received notice that since the shoes appear to have been worn, they would only issue me a credit rather than refund my money. Not sure what they expect people to do, keep the shoes in the closet and perhaps they will come apart on their own. Anyway, I will never do business with them again. They are non-responsive to their customers and even after request a review of my case by a supervisor, I still never heard back from them.
