NEVER RECEIVED THE SHOES AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased the shoes month ago. I never received the shoes but the money was out of my account at the same day of the order on-line, 34 days ago.
No customer service help at all, no supervisor, no manager to deal with it, was treated like a "hot potato" case. Stressful experience buying from Gravity Defyer and I need to give "1 star " because "zero star" is not available. I'M NOT RECOMMEND.
