Do not buy these shoes!
|
I bought a pair of Gravity Defyer Extora Athletic shoes beginning of January. When the shoes arrived, they seemed comfortable on the feet, however, I did not get a chance to try them in a real extended walk for a full month due to the rainy weather. When I did, the shoes turned out to be extremely heavy on the feet, the left shoe gave clicking noises and both shoes squeaked. Furthermore, after a one-hour walk, my left foot (the one with the clicking sole?) ached for a full week, making putting any weight on this foot painful.
I returned the shoes after confirming with a representative that I will be issued a refund, however, later I received an email stating that I can only get an in-store credit since the shoes were received outside the 30 day period.
Customer care was unresponsive and unwilling to make any attempt to resolve the situation.
I will not be buying GDefy shoes any more as I am convinced that the technology does not suit my feet, so offering me an in-store credit does me little good and amounts to refusal to refund my purchase altogether.
If you decide to buy Gravity Defyer shoes, you should pray that you do not have to deal with their 'Customer Care' or be prepared for a very unpleasant experience.
