It's been happening since 9-2-00. When I first started taking to a representative from this company he was very nice and very understandable and my nightmare started. He was moved to another company and so I got a new person assigned to my case. The name of this bitch is Nancy Garcia and every time I would received a call from her it was just to threat and harassed me and my dad. She was always threatening to take my dad to court if we didn't pay. I didn't really see it as a problem because we have always been paying and my dad and I were receiving annoying calls from this bitch NANCY GARCIA. She's so rude, annoying,no manners, no patient coursing all the time and well as the Manager. I hate this company they have the worst people working there. I would give this business an F for being so disrespectful with people.
