Terrible customer service

I called to get a price on selling back silver. The guy convinced me to buy 10,000.00 worth of silver. They sent me an email to sign off on and I changed my mind. They became upset and called me dishonest. They were extremely upset and insulted me over and over again. I asked to speak to the boss (Greg) and he was even more insulting. Don’t do business with these idiots. Fees are too high and they treat customers like garbage.
