Requested to refund my account balance $18936 on 5-4-2011 12:20PM. Called couple of times to follow up with account executive which told me need 8 calendar days to process my refund. A goldline finance lady called me and told me goldline policy was 8 business days to process refund request unless she did an exception case to process with $15 handling/shipping fee. I refunded to pay any extra. My check was cashed on May 4, 2011 (bank record). Now is 5-15-2011 with no sign of money. It is really a bad practice to keep client's fund with no reason. I don't know when I can get my money back. Goldline asked to fund account before placing any order. However, if you want to get your money back, that is a different story. I'll never deal such company any more. Watching BBB posting before funding your account.
