After e-mailing the company I was contacted with a very help full customer rep. Not only he gave me free shipping but he also added an extra shirt to make up for the mistake. I informed him that I had trouble contacting them via phone and after explaining the xmas rush he provided me with his direct line that went to his cell phone.
