My complaint is the same as everyone else's. You sign up for a free trial and you get billed a month later for $98.50. I called their customer support and they refused to return the funds stating that it is clearly displayed on their website that it is a subscription service. It is NOT clearly displayed and I created a powerpoint deck that proves it. In fact, it is so NOT clearly displayed that I believe I have a strong argument that this is a scam and have reported them to the BBB, FBI Internet scam, and local congressman. I also used the service from American Express to refute the charges.
There are hundreds (literally) of complaints and we need to gather momentum to get this company investigated. Please submit a complaint to BBB in your area and also the FBI's scam site.
