This is absoublty bad business and never as a business owner or customer have treated or been treated this way, I feel like I was robbed.
my complaint is similar to everyone else I also ordered the 4.95 trial when I received it I was also disturbed to see that there would be a 98.50 chg for automated shipping of future products if not returned in 30 days this is a downright scam I got on the web site refused the automated shipping and printed out a copy of the rma# but here's the kicker I used a gift card and every time I see them on the Internet I will report them as spam I think the bbb had better step up its efforts to protect the public against this kind of Internet scamming!!!!!
