my complaint is similar to everyone else i also ordered the 4.95 trial when i received it i was also disturbed to see that there would be a 98.50 chg for automated shipping of future products if not returned in 30 days this is a downright scam i got on the web site refused the automated shipping and printed out a copy of the rma# but here's the kicker i used a gift card and every time i see them on the internet i will report them as spam i think the bbb had better step up its efforts to protect the public against this kind of internet scamming!!!!!
