I placed and order for a Kangaroo Keeper around December 26, 2009. When the order was placed I was not able to review my order before submitting it. It automatically submitted and I over ordered. The bottom of the order confirmation sent to my e-mail stated that my card that I used would not be charged until my order was shipped. I contacted the company through e-mail to their customer service department. I received an e-mail stating that my order had been fixed and was given a new total. I was pleased with this. However, after weeks of no package I again contacted the company to learn the items were on back order. My card was then charged on January 26th. The total was not the total that I was told was my new total. So I tracked down a number to actually talk to a human and not a machine. I was told that the person who fixed my order was no longer working there. She could not fix the amount because the order was already shipped so I would have to return the part that I did not want and I would be refunded the amount I sent back. So since my card was charged I assumed that I would receive my package soon. February 15th came and I still had not gotten my package so I contacted the company for a tracking number which they did not send to me. I called and spoke with the head of customer service and was told that she did not have a tracking number because my package was either shipped two days ago or had not shipped at all. I thought you were only charged when your item shipped. I was charged on January 26th and my package was still not shipped. I then told her to refund my money if my package has not shipped and she told me they could not do that because my package was shipped. Talk about confusion. I e-mailed her again (twice) about a tracking number and still have not received a tracking number or a response back. This sounds to me like a classic scam. Now I am out $62.00 and don't even have a tracking number or the item almost two months later. I believe that the product has now been taken over by another company. I will never order from global tv concepts again and I dont suggest them to anyone.
