Customer service from Gina Alexander, Inc. has been horrible! I have sent numerous emails to which I don't receive a response or it takes a week to receive a response. Have left voice mails on their customer service # from their website to which I never receive a return call.
I placed an order on June 8th (actually was sent before that, but that was when they responded to the order) and still have not received the order and can not get a response back as to where my order is at. It has been 3 months!
I have seen Gina's facebook posts and know that she is very busy and seems to be doing some good work (charity type events) but customer service needs some work!!!!!!
I will not order another bag from this company and will not endorse them for my business. Very disappointed in the service.
