And since I already had purchased four years ago A Gina Alexander bag without problems… I thought it might be a fluke or a bad review... And I am sorry to say their customer service sucks! I sent four emails, one Facebook message and called three times with generic responses. It took eight weeks for me to get a bag that at the most should've taken six according to their online info.. In addition to poor customer service… They were running a Facebook special which I asked them to honor and got zero acknowledgment or compensation. With that said this is my final purchase with Gina Alexander unfortunately which is sad because they are phenomenal bags. Don't forget the little guys Gina!
