Horrible customer service!!!
I loved the Gina Alexander handbags so much online I ordered/submitted pictures for a Fairfax bag and a pocketbook on January 5, 2011. I was told via email it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the 2 items I purchased and here it is May 1st and I still do not have either of them.
The bags may be beautiful, but if you are not a celebrity don't expect to get any products from Gina Alexander in a timely matter. Customer service is horrible, they do not answer the phone, return voice mails or reply to emails. And I have heard from 2 different people through Facebook that Gina herself called and threaten them with her attorney when they made posts on Facebook complaining about not getting their orders and not receiving help from customer service.
Gina Alexander does a wonderful job promoting herself and marketing her handbags through Facebook, Twitter, her Dream Big Hustle Hard Calls and weekly special discounts. I just wish she dedicated as much of her time and energy to making sure her company actually followed through with providing the service she is selling, instead of making excuses as in her April 5th Facebook post, "2 sides to every story ladies-".
I'm sharing this information so people will know before they order. I wish someone would have warned me before I spent over $300 on products I may never see. Unfortunately, if I do get them, they will be a constant reminder of this miserable experience with Gina Alexander.
