In December of 2009 I signed an agreement with General Car Leasing to get an Audi A5. Sent in a deposit with the verbal notification from Robert Gary that I will have the car before the year ended. In the second week of January with no car in sight and neither the contract from Audi I requested that the deposit be sent back. It is now end of May and still have not seen my refunded deposit. I spoke with Swapalease where General Car Leasing is advertising and they attempted to contact General Car on my behalf... after 2 months of attempts no deposit was refunded. I am now opening a formal complaint with DMV and Attorney General of California. Complete fraud has been committed. Stay away from General Car Leasing!!!!
