My wife called this company based on an add in the yellow pages. Are we ever sorry we did any business with this outfit! The service to repair a heater over $720. They charged $435 for a transformer!!! In my opinion, this outfit is a gouging consumers. Wish we would have read your report before calling this outfit. I will never do business with them again. We are considering reporting them to the CA Department of Consumer Affairs.
