This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! I wonder if they are even licensed to do business. No one answers the phone and all voice mail boxes for customer service are always full.
When I ordered my part, the first shipment was lost. The second time it shipped,they sent the wrong part and then when the part was returned, they refused to refund my money. I have been chasing them down for over a month, along with my mechanic's help and they have hung up on both of us repeatedly, yelled at us and accused us of harassment. Sometimes it takes up to 30-40 phone calls to get an answer! Then if you get an answer, you might be put on interminable hold, hung up on or "conveniently" disconnected.
I have had to go through American Express to get my money back. AMEX is launching an investigation on my behalf.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
