This Company ( I'm not really sure if it's a company) is the WORST to deal with. It's so hard to get someone to answer your call, all you get is an answering machine and their voice mail box is FULL and can't accept any messages. On their voice mail, each department have a full voice mail box that can not accept messages and also has a different phone number, Like option 1 is for Sales and 2 for shipping tracking .etc but they all get forwarded to a phone ( I think it's a cell phone) with a full voice mail box as I mentioned above. I will NEVER order anything from these guys again, I got my order 9 days later and was the wrong part. I called and e-mailed them many times with no respond to any of my calls and e-mails .. just kept on calling till someone answered me ... with the worst customer service attitude. Avoid dealing with this place and you will save yourself a bad headache ..Trust me. A question for alain o. who posted a review about Garo steering ... Hey alain, honestly, do you work at that place?? just wondering ... because according to your profile, you are in the same area, within miles ... and they shipped your item?? hmmmmm?
