Horrible service at all levels

For the first 18 months of a two year contract I did not get the minimum guaranteed speed. For over one whole month of that time my service didn't work at all. My employees ranted and raved about how bad the comm service was, and how bad the tech reps were. I tried to cancel the service, because it was not working, but they started billing my credit card directly, without my permission. Then, at the end of the two year contract, kept billing me, seemingly unable to "remember" to turn off the auto-billing.
Their contract allows them to continue taking your money even if they can't meet the minimum service requirements, and bill your credit card (part of the credit application).
I finally had to cancel my credit card to get rid of them.
I curse the day I signed up with them.
Their competence at getting my money prevents me from simply calling them incompetent.
Its more sinister than simple incompetence.
