Do not trust this company; I feel betrayed and mislead by GMA. I have been dealing with them for 15 months, my modification was disapprove and they will not send me my refund, which they guaranteed if they could not obtain a modification. My home was about to go into foreclosure because they advised me to make my mortgage payments late. All of this has been on big lie and joke. GMA has done nothing they promised besides forward paperwork that I sent to them, and my mortgage company told me that I could have done the samething myself. Now, I'm out of $1,500 plus the $500. I had to pay in court fees to keep my home. Please do not be mislead and tricked by their professional speaking staff. My case was transferred to and through so many of their loan specialist I could not keep up with them. Be very leary, I have nothing GOOD to say about GMA.
