Bad customer service

I had to take my car there 3 times just to do a simple smog check. The equipment was down. They only have 1 old guy working there and he doesn't speak English well. I asked if the guy could just call me back when his equipment is up, his response was "No, you call me when you want to come and I'll tell you if it is ready". That is horrible to tell someone that that has already went there 2 previous times, taken the time to drive all the way there, and wait in your line! I could understand if he had hundreds of customers a day but he probably has less than 10 a day, 5 of which would need a call back. 5 phone calls would not be bad at all. It is his job to serve the customer in a satisfying way or suffer the consequences. As a consequence, I will not go back to his shop ever again, and I encourage others not to do business there either.
