I called the 800 number for the futon shop and had a laundry list of questions. Every question was answered plus this salesperson had so much more information. I ordered a latex and wool futon mattress on a simple cherry bed and a sofa bed that had organic cotton only.
It was delivered a love it and thank the futon shop for great customer service.
