When dealing with this company I have been constantly impressed. During my purchasing this past holiday season I had alot of mistakes and issues with delivery for the products I ordered. This company no only got the products to me on time and as presented. They went out of there way to contact me by phone to check on my order and to give me a coupon for 15% off my next order with them. The agent that called also provided me with a direct 800 number for current customers! I was very impressed and I feel that all services should extend this far. When I asked the agent about stock status on other items as well as getting a copy of my invoice for the recent order. The agent provided me with real time status and as I was talking the invoice for my previous order arrived via email!
