I have purchased this Sony Vaio Laptop from Fry’s on 2007 with 3 years warranty. The total came out to around $2100.00 USD. On Dec 19 2009, the display started giving me problems. I took it back to fry’s in Woodland Hills CA for repairs. It took them about 2 months to repair it; according to them they replaced the MB. After 3 months (06/2010) it started giving me the same display problem, so I took it again for repairs and guess what, another 2 months for repairs (Replaced MB again). Then finally we went to pick it up on Friday 08/27/2010 and we came back home and started using the laptop, after couple of hours the screen went blank, so I shut it down and powered it back up and guess what, the display is screwed up again, same problem that it was having before. This time I didn’t want it repaired, I wanted it replaced but they wouldn't’t do it, so I got angry and started screaming and left everything there and walked out and told them that my attorney will contact them. These people need to learn how to take care of their customers. They need better customer service; by the way my warranty is over on 09/2010.
