I went with Friendly financial Services, because the attorney seemed very knowledgeable and adept at handling Foreclosures, as we were eight months behind in our mortgage. They were able to stop our sale and modify the loan. It took over four months, but we were just relieved to have the sheriffs sale stopped. Our new mortgage payment is $642. lower than before and we can afford a few other luxuries now. My wife and I are happy that we have a nice low interest rate and a payment which we can afford. I recommended this firm to a few people at work, and as far as I know, things are progressing nicely with them as well.
