I'm not saying these people will not / can not the job, but the response time is not good.
When I left David a Message, I was interested in more information. It took them five days to have a person call me back. I spoke to Rosa for over an hour, I think because she wanted to earn my business. I told her I wanted to review the information and asked her to e-mail me the pages. She sent me a contract which stated a "100% guarantee" details attached, but there was no attachment. Further e-mail did not explain that the guarantee would include a partial/total refund if they can not get results.
I sent Rosa an e-mail with 5 detailed questions (including WHO EXACTLY will handle my case), and she never responded back..
