I personally enjoy the cheap prices and wide selection of jewelry. However, the time frame they receive an order and to actually shipping it out has taken up to two weeks for me before. I also received the wrong item in the mail (which they inspect before delivery and sign a paper), and when I told them the issue (in which they responded kindly to), I was sent the wrong item again.
