John S. Lee (if thats even his real name) scammed us out of a $1500 deposit. He actually goes to great lengths to give the impression of legitimacy long enough for you to hand over the deposit, then he simply disappears. He promises high quality windows, discounts, rush orders, whatever you want to hear. Then when his promised delivery date passes, raises excuses after excuse to buy himself time. He promised us we would have our windows in 3 WEEKS and have now hit the 3 MONTH mark, nearing winter, with plastic coverings on the windows we were expecting to have installed BEFORE moving in. Every number on his site gets redirected to a full mailbox, or has been disconnected. He has a slew of phone numbers, business and addresses. He is a despicable human being that preys on newlywed first time home owners. Please post here if you have met with the same. I would like to correspond.
