Used them for loan modification and they miss lead us and told us lies over the phone and when we sign up.
Told us that they would help us get a modification and only got us a trial and then disappeared. Than told us that in the contract it did not say that they would help any further. But on the phone they did. They straight out lied to us and mislead us.
