Unreliable After 3 weeks I received a call from Javier Finance manager who informed me he was not able to find a bank who was willing to finance me and that I would have to bring the vehicle back. I informed him that the vehicle was already there in the service department because they had sold me a car that had a non-working radio. Javier informed me that I would have to come to the dealership and drive the vehicle around from the service department to teh sales office. I told him that was redicules. He said thats just to bad. When I had my husband (because I was at work) come to the dealership Javier said my refund check will be ready in 15 miniutes after 3 hours he informed my mom and my husband that they will have to come back in 2 hours. When they did return they again had to wait 45 minutes. They received a refund check for $1,000.00. They had another one of my checks for $500.00 which they said they would not cash and they will contact their corporate office for this. I never recived my $500.00 check and they went ahead and cashed the check after I had returned them the vehicle. I have till this day not received my last $500.00 and I have yet to receive a call back. Everytime I call them the receptioist Darlyn Gonzalez informs me they are in a meeting and hangs up without offering to take a message. THEFTS
