Horrible service, my auto insurance provider sent me to this business to get a quick estimate, well after having to wait well over an hour with absolutely NO HELP from any staff member, I just decided to leave. Nobody even asked me as to why I chose to do this, in fact they didn't even seemed surprised! While I was waiting, another customer who was obviously frustrated with the wait time asked one of the staff members there how much longer she had to wait, he almost barked back at her telling her to just wait because they had to get through their customers who had appointments. Excuse me? There were no other customers there! The receptionist, although quite respectful, was looking at her myspace on her computer. Somebody needs to tell her that customers can easily observe the reflection of her computer screen! There were 2 or 3 mechanics standing in the lobby the WHOLE time just having their discussions and not even acknowledging that there were 2 customers there! The other rude and nasty workers were behind their computers, one of them was actually looking at his personal pictures. Since business like Folks Auto Body shop charge insurance companies outrageous amounts of money, they have little to NO respect for their customers, as it was very obvious to me today. I'll never go back to that place. After having read other customers reviews online about this place, I was no longer surprised. I should have done that before I wasted my time there.
