Our home is in Texas. My brother lives in Florida and has a lanais and we loved it and wanted one for ourselves. We reviewed many builders and found Florida screen Builders to have the better credentials. So, after talking to them for several months, we flew their builder to Texas and with the help of our hired hands, they put a Florida Lanais up for us here in Texas. We love it! No more flies, bugs, mosquito's! We plan to put another in on another side of our home. We highly recommend Florida Screen Builders. We have photo's for anyone interested.
