Had 11 windows installed 5 years ago with free screen replacement when worn. I started calling 5 (FIVE) weeks ago and have persisted weekly for a service rep to return my phone call and set up a date for replacements. Obviously there is no response from their Jacksonville office. Calling the Fort Lauderdale office is fruitless, and they are of no help. I guarantee you if I called FHIA for a new roof, they’d be on it in a heartbeat!
Very frustrated with this company!
