The first dealing with FHA was when their Salesman did an estimate on our kitchen. I asked if the company had an instillation crew, or if they picked up "day laborers" from in front of Home Depot, Steve assured me that they had a Pro Crew in uniforms & a company truck. They didn't, and the crew was the guys that hang out at the Depot. One spoke broken English but new how to curse me in Spanish, Which this gringo speaks! That crew got kicked out of my home. I could go on, but I'll summarize; Rude crews, behind schedule, sub par work... I AM thankful for the lifetime warranty tho, because they average a repair on their crappy job every other month.
