This place is such a disappointment.. I actually had a great buying experience. Well, of course I did, I was giving them MONEY. Purchased a BMW from the dealership and I was very happy with the service, even wrote up a review about the salesman.... then....
I sold my car, and went into Florida fine cars with my pay off paperwork. I was walked into Toms office in finance. Well... that experience was stomach turning. He is a dirty old man. Old enough to be my father, whom made plenty of sexual jokes directed at me. I tried to have a sense of humor about it as I just wanted this process to go smoothly and get my cancelled GAP ins check asap. I mentioned "my boyfriend" in every sentence hoping he would get the hint to stop with the sexual comments. But he continued. 3 months later.... to today's date, I have spoken to Tom once regarding the check, about a month ago. Explaining to him that I moved to Georgia and changed my address through USPS, my boyfriend sold his car at the same time as myself, and had already received his GAP check, why haven't I received mine? He said he didn't know and he would follow up on it to get it to me immediately, AFTER, he had spoken to my boyfriend earlier and my boyfriend was told he didn't remember our interaction and doesn't have my pay off paperwork. So I was a little frustrated when speaking to him after the fact, because he did make copies of it and all of a sudden, he knew exactly who I was and said he would follow up and call me if anything but guaranteed he would get on it and that I should have my check asap. Since then, we have emailed him copies of the pay off paperwork, also, we faxed them to the office with ATTN TOM IN FINANCE, big and bold and the top, and I have emailed him directly asking him what the hold up is... it's been 3 months! He hasn't responded to an email yet. I then called Florida fine cars and Chantel answered the phone. I asked to speak with a Mgr and she asked, in what regards. I briefly told her I had a situation that needed to be resolved concerning Tom in finance. She said she was transferring me to whom I thought would be a Mgr... but no. The voicemail picked up and it was Toms voicemail. #1, it didn't surprise me that he didn't pick up, he's dodging me at every opportunity, and #2, THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FROM CHANTEL. I called the dealership again and told her I DO NOT want to deal with Tom. I am done dealing with him, DO NOT TRANSFER ME TO HIM, I want to speak to a Mgr. She said she is unable to put me on the phone with mgmt directly. All she could do is write down my info and hand it off to mgmt and they will get back to me.
1 month later, TODAY, I have yet to recieve that phone call, and I have emailed Tom twice since, with no response.
Sadly, I had referred everyone I knew to this dealership. I brought them a few customers that I am regretful of. They seem to be doing a great job when they are taking your money, but when anything is owed to you... FORGET IT. I doubt I'll see that money.. this place is a joke. Stay away from the sexual harassment & hassle. Not worth it.
