I ordered two bags of dog food which arrived in separate boxes, both which had weevils in it. One of the bags was totally infested with weevils. Customer service did not reply to my complaint for 1.5 days. Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional when they did respond. When I complained to the president, he accused me of being rude to his employees and that they couldn't 'please' me. Customer service did not apologize for sending me bug infested food or even expedite more food to me. I had to ask for an explanation as to why the food had bugs in it and was told that 'it happens sometimes'. I later learned from a contact at the Department of Agriculture that weevils should not be present in baked food. The president threatened not to credit my account fully since I didn't want the replacement bags after their insolent behavior towards me. Highly unprofessional and unethical people. Formal complaint filed with the BBB of Georgia.
