Nothing to complain about...great service, quick responses, and a fantastic deal. I was impressed with how fast they responded to my e-mails, even at odd hours of the evening. These guys never sleep!
The work product exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Every detail was covered, nothing was overlooked, and they clearly understood my vision. I loved that they took the time to get some samples printed and delivered, it was very helpful to actually hold the product in my hand before final approval.
It was a pleasure doing business! Thanks again.
My only suggestion: They use an online billing system, which is convenient, but can be buggy at times. It would have been helpful to receive more information on this system before automatically receiving a bill and a link to pay-online. I think this can be improved to enhance the user experience.
