I wish I had researched this company before I placed an order with them. My first order was fine, but with the second one, my credit card was charged, I never received my order and after one response to my inquiries about my order, I have been unable to reach anyone.
From customer reviews on places like eBay, FitNetUSA seems to have been providing satisfactory service until January 2009. Then reviews begin to show others had the same experience I did. FitNetUSA took their money and provided no order. A couple of reviewers on Merchant Circle called them a "scam".
I will not do business with FitNetUSA again.
