They Seem very shady. I researched the physical address that they list In LA and I found the name of the company who owns / manages the building. They said the they have never heard of the First Mortgage West.
I asked the loan officer at FMW to explain the discrepancy. He indicated that they actually don't have any office at their listed address.
How could you expect someone to share your SS# and Financial Information if they are giving you a fake address?
