This review is long overdue. I worked with Sam with our main residence and prior property (currently classified as an "investment" property since we have not yet sold it). We ultimately did several strategic refinances, cash-out, no-cost, etc... over several
years - hitting the historic lowest fixed rates ever. I found his advice to be arguably the best anywhere and one would be hard put to find a more competitive refinance. I always required an exact accounting of our transactions - seldom could anyone ever come
close and never were there any surprises. I have saved multiple 100,000's due to Sam's services - as good as it gets. Sam is straightforward and down-to-earth in his manner, his office, title co relations, partner are all similarly exceptional. Sam's a real
find and I encourage others to seriously consider what he has to offer. Oh - and I never even had to set foot in his office - he made it that easy.
