Do not give any of your money to this company. They used to do business under Janian and Associates (now rated "F" on BBB), the office location is the same, they just changed names to scam more people out of their hard earned money. We have been trying for over two months to get our refund, which is promised by them regardless if they can get you a modification or not, to no avail. They ignore phone calls, give you the run around, or just plain hang up on you when you question them about your refund. Please do not do not do not give them anymore of your money. They are a total fraud.
