I purchased a Kirby Vacuum Cleaner from this dealer on 11/27/2010. The sales person, Sam Kigoni promised to bring me the shampoo mechanism of the Kirby back on November 29th. He showed up to my door on Dec. 4th with a used shampoo mechanism. He first told me it was new, I questioned why was it wet? Sam said, "Oh I just cleaned it out for you so it would be clean!? Then he changed the subject. I said new equipment does not have to be cleaned out. As I pulled the mechanism out of the box more water fell out of it. He finally told me I didn't want you waiting for another week to 2 weeks for the mechanism so I gave you mine so you would not be without. I did not except that mechanism and told him I would wait for the new one when it comes in. I have not receive a phone call or any type of response via the dealer or sales representative. I have also called Sam the sales rep who will not answer my phone calls. I have called First Class Systems directly with no response. They have informed me as January 5th, 2011 that they would put in a customer complaint to the First Class Systems to question about the compartment that I still as of yet, have not received a phone call or the mechanism. People be aware of this company, look them up it is non the less below a scoring of F. It's unfortunate that a business treats it customers this way. Especially, paying the type of money you pay for a Kirby Product. My next letter will be to the Attorney General of California.
