I take my 2004 BMW 325i to Firestone Complete Auto Care store number 018716 for oil change. this service was not done properly and professionally well and it was inadequate. After I picked up my car did not realized my car had oil leak, and as I was told later by BMW service manager, the leak was not yet got worse to be noticeable. I found out about my car oil leak, when I start parking it on a concrete drive way, same day I take my car back to the same shop for inspection. I was told by Mr. Arnel that I should take my car to BMW dealership for further inspection, and he did not disclosed to me of the problem.
I did take my car to two individual BMW dealership for inspection and I was told by their service department manager that the previous oil change on my car was not done adequately and correctly, and there is a possibility that some oil may have made their way into nooks and cranny’s, so further inspection may needed.
I have parts used by Firestone shop and statements from both BMW service Department in my position.
I had to spend so much of my available time to take care of this problem, caused by their wrongfully done service, and I am not let them do this to any other poor consumer.
If this demand is not resolved in a timely manner, additional court and attorneys’ fee will be added to the above estimated expenses to settle my case in court.
I have send letters and made phone calls (listed in my phone bill) since November 24, 2009 to resolve this problem, and I was told in many occasion that my reimbursement check is on its way and they will take care of this problem, but I have not receipt any reimbursement for damages after 2 month try.
