Who ever wrote the previous email regarding the owners of this company and the way they operate is exactly correct. They will take your money and accusse you of breaching you contract not provide any of the service they promise, avoid your phone calls and leave you in a state of frustration. If you have already signed on with them, I would advise you to contact the FL and NY Attorney General's offfice's as well as the BBB for these states and file a formal complaint against them. Kristen Nuss(en) and Garry D Smith are not to be trusted! They also own other companies so if you're involved with them I would hope you take the same advice. Companies they operate are below:
