Stay away from this company. I was lured in by an add on Facebook stating Washington State had passed a law to lower credit card debts by 60%. I gave my email address to the window that popped up and a representative from that company emailed me. My first warning should have been at the initial phone call when they wanted my bank account. That same day - they send me via email a contract - when I asked the person through email what this was about they said just ignore it - wait for the welcome package. Well, this happened on Friday January 8th. I thought about it over the weekend and sent them a registered letter on January 12th to stop proceeding with this. I did not want to do it. From my receipt, they received this on January 15th. On January 18th, a holiday, they send via email a welcome package. Then I start receiving calls from my sales representative telling me I did not do the appropriate thing. I should have contacted him. Then yesterday I get a message on my cell phone that I need to contact him immidiately and it is unfortunate I took this route. What the heck? As far as I am concerned they have done absolutely nothing except email me forms and fill out a payment schedule - which computers can do very fast. I am sorry I did not do my research first and sorry I ever clicked on the button. Stay away from this company.
