This company is a fraud. They take advantage of people who are desperate for a way to help pay off their creditors. The salespeople tell you one thing and once you give them your money, it is not what they promised. They say they work with all creditors. That is a lie. Citifinancial, Citibank, Chase, and numerous other creditors DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Only after the debt goes to a collection agency, can you get a settlement, which by that time has hurt your credit. Beware of their contract. It says it gives you a money back guarantee, that is not true. Just look at their BBB report, only 1 person has EVER gotten their money back and that doesn't include the people who haven't reported them. Their "credit correction" is a joke. It is an additional way for them to get more money from you. If you are working with them, stop payment on your drafts, they NEVER use a collection agency & then send them one of their letters to stop calling you-make them send everything in writing.
