I had changed parishes and I needed to move my stuff from Florida and I will say I didn't want to move. I submitted my information on the Internet and was contacted by a few companies. I narrowed it down to 2, one being Federal and some other company. After looking up reviews and ratings I decided to go with Federal, knowing that what I was quoted was a few hundred dollars less than what I expected to pay on my budget. They were an hour late due to weather conditions but were extremely polite and professional with my staff. When I got to my new parish they had called me and said that they wanted me to wait on the final payment at delivery because it was a different amount. It ended up being less weight and I was credited back 212.75 from the original quote.
