Horrible company to deal with. I was given a quote, then charged. Then the agent said he didn't input the vin number so the quote was wrong. He offered a different carrier with less coverage for the same price. Asked him to email me the policy quote so I could review it before agreeing. He only emailed me pages to sign, not the full policy so I could not see any of the numbers. He also padded the policy with accidental death and dismemberment which he wanted me to sign which I never asked for or was informed about. I never signed any policy and asked for a FULL refund but now they won't give me a refund. From the time they charged my credit card to asking for a full refund was only 2 days.
The agent called me back only one time to ask if there was something he could have done differently to fix the situation. After I said I just want my money back he never called me again to give me the credit. I called the office several times asking for the agent and a manager to call me so I could get my refund. I have never received a single call and its been 2 weeks now. 10/10/2011
I received an email from a manager stating "carrier has received confirmation that the policy must be canceled and is currently in the process of doing so." So I called the carrier, they said they never got a request and if I get a refund the amount they received from Fasttrak is $110 less than what I paid Fasttrak so I wouldn't get a full refund. Now the carrier is getting involved and investigating.
