Beware! Terrible pricing practices and poor customer service

First, your quote will change dramatically if you want to use a credit card, so don't trust the price they estimate until you ask that question. Second, when we had a box arrive that was damaged, I worked with their claims department to refund us the money on that box. But when I tried to order a replacement box, they told me it would be triple the price ($300 instead of $100). This damage was not my fault. Terrible customer service experience!
