I have spent over 6 hours attempting to order #4 dresses. This time has been spent; seeking to add to the first order (no), even though it was immediately placed on back-order status, seeking a Phone or customer service 'live person'(NO), requesting a color that is on the website but was "Not in stock"(?) by e-mail. Therefore,I tried #2 orders but still had problems getting issues resolved easily when confussed by the web-site information. This has given me a headache and wasted more time than just going to a local store. I have no desire to deal with this company again. They did answer e-mails. That is not customer service in my opinion.
